Walked in not knowing that this location is by appointment only. Go up to one of the security guards and the guy had the worst possible attitude didnt ecen provide any help pretty much told me to F@$# off.

theyvsaid is only with appointments when you arrive there , but i call a day before and even waiting since 7 am , just 4 peopple in front of me , 
they told me no , go to another location . 
with only 4 peopple in front of me  of course not . imI stay  there i do my stuffs and im writing this bad review !! Do not ever come to this place is a waste of time and you get stress beacuse they not organized.
My advice is Go to another location !!  
dont waist your time , they dont even have signs outside about the waiting line . and only with appointments . 

Please they need to put a big sign outside

Make an appointment, be sure to bring the proper documents... in and out in 20 minutes!

I am not very happy with special treatment of just a few, I had gone there twice as an emergency, the first time, they couldn't care less if I was bleeding to death to help if I didn't have an appointment, even though when I arrived early there was nobody there yet :( (unfair) the second time I was misled by someone who had the special treatment and so made me re-think , so I went there and yup, you guessed it! again they said they wouldn't help me without an appointment for anything in the world, and though there was a line this time, there were there only 3 people ahead of me, and the person that was after me, came there after 15 minutes, I was tehre waiting to see if they would have a heart but after those 15 minutes they had the excuse that more people were arriving, the employees used those 15 minutes to joke around among themselves, so sad this happens, I am not revenful but I certainly hope for justice's sake this happens to them personally over and over in their lives, what comes around! so I don't know what color or nationality, or body type you need to get this special treatment, Either way, TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
