I’ve been going here for a couple of years even though I didn’t purchase my spa from them. I’ve had questions and situations when I’ve had balancing our spa levels and they have been great in providing feedback. I just recently took our water sample in to get tested and their new testing came back with exactly what we needed to balance our spa. I even left with a super detailed print out with time intervals on when to add chemicals and move on to the next step. That is super impressive. It took us 8 hours to balance our spa levels. Usually it takes us days to balance. Super impressed!! Staff is always been very friendly and glad to help. Thank you!

Great location across from the Mall of GA. Store looked and smelled very clean and pleasant. Great floor presentations of products. Staff very attentive and knowledgeable, especially a young lady who was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Her name is Jordyn. Would definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family.

I recently purchased a hot tub from Georgia Spa (Buford) and have to say they were great to deal with. Cherry was my rep that assisted me and answered any and all of my questions. She is very knowledgeable about each spa/hot tub and a sweet person to deal with. I also dealt with Jeremy who was awesome as well! The whole Georgia Spa team was super friendly and I want to thank you all.

Hot Springs spas came highly recommended- we called hot tub repair businesses first. David at GA Spas was very businesslike and personable and was able to quickly determine our interest level and specific needs and physical constraints affecting our desired tub placement. We had already visited 3 other retailers and a slew of online offerings and are glad we did extensive research beforehand as David helped in finalizing our decision with a retailer with the right product offering, a fair price, and proven depth and experience. We look forward to enjoying our new tub!

I receive good and friendly service at GSC in Buford each time I call or visit. They are professional and appear to care deeply. It is a joy to shop there.
