Went in on a Saturday - during the BIG GREEN EGG event!! Had fantastic food & fun! Went for a test soak- it was awesome!! Matt was especially knowledgeable & helpful answering all our questions. Making sure we were informed of all our options. Overall five star service with no sales pressure. Highly recommend them.....awaiting the arrival of my spa...

We had been thinking about purchasing a spa for several years and after hearing really good things about Hot Springs Says and so we decided to stop in the Alpharetta Showroom one Saturday a few weeks back. We were greeted immediately with warm and friendly staff members. Matt Frost was our sales person and he completely educated us on everything SPAS! We did not purchase the spa that day but Matt kept in contact with us and even let us know about an upcoming sales promotion so we decided to pull the trigger. Everything from the moment we purchased the spa to the delivery and set up was flawless. We absolutely LOVE getting into our spa each evening and can't thank Matt enough for his help. Highly recommend Georgia Spa Company if you are in the market for the Best spa around

It was always on our family agenda to own a hot tub. We have been in our house 5 years now, and two kids later, we were ready to start looking. We ended up at Georgia Spa Company at the North Point Alpharetta location close by where I work, and where we tend to shop. It only took a few minutes with Matt Frost to know we picked the right place to start. Matt gave us hot tub 101 and started showing us some different models of tubs. It didn’t take long for us to realize we picked the right company to do business with. It was the experience of the salesperson, the floor display, and the overall professional look and feel of Georgia Spa Company that made us feel comfortable enough to buy!

Matt Frost was great.  Patient and explained everything we wanted to know.  The professionalism of him and Georgia Spa is what led to our decision to buy there.  Everyone we encountered from the scheduler to the delivery and installation crew were very nice, easy to work with and did a fantastic job.  Highly recommended.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Georgia spa  for a couple of items that I have ordered. Matt is great to work with at the Alpharetta store.

Their technician Cameron has been a great help with any spa issues that have come up.
