Back where I live it's very quiet. I have good neighbors. New maintenance man and his helpers they have been doing a great job I commend them. We just need more lit areas in the back kind of dark but it's home sweet home

The customer service is amazing and the park is fairly quiet. We end up here when we go to the Dallas area because literally every RV park is booked or doesn't even bother to answer their phones. I only call the other RV parks because the playground at Hi-Ho is so small with just 4 swings and a rusted merry-go-round.

Nothing special about this park. We stayed in our 43 foot class A diesel pusher with a tow car. We used 50 amp service. The wifi was ok, there was no cable and we couldn't use our roof mounted satellite dish due to trees. The monthly rate is very good. The proximity to downtown was great. There are obviously some trailers that are in the park full time. We didn't use the facilities as we are filly contained. The people were nice and if in the area again would definitely stay again. Oh..we stayed most of the month ov October 2017 and did get bitten by mosquitos. There were no picnic tables, nothing that separates each site from the next.

This place is great. The manager and the assistant manager have been very helpful and friendly with all of my concerns. My first day I arrived at night. The assistant manager helped me guide and park my trailer to the right spot. (My first RV and RV park although I have been to many campsites in tents). When a better spot came open there were no issues about moving to the better location. The residents here are like any other community. Many families and singles of all ages. Everyone I have met have been very friendly. The place is well kept and the maintenance crew is out and about everyday doing something. I was blessed to find this place. You may find a newer place but not a better all around place.

Stayed there several years in an rv. Was fairly quiet. Management had a lot to be desired. Rude and unprofessional
