They damaged my ring  My ring was sized to a 5.5 I have papers to show this from zales after having my ring cut off (no metal loss) I took it to get an estimate from Danielson jewelers I did Not authorize them to do anything other than look at it upon receiving my ring back it has a very noticeable yellow tint which it didn't have before and it's barley a size 5!!!! The cuts didn't match up anymore either  I'm so upset I wish I had never trusted this place. They bend my ring back to its original shape and when I got it back it has a second  noticeable crack through the wedding ring (was not there before) I walked into this place with a white gold not gold tinted ring size 5.5 left with a yellow tinted ring in size 5 when I mentioned this to the counter attendant she was soo clueless and not at all helpful not that I would ever let this place touch any of my jewlery ever again

My wife took her ring in for a estimate when she got it back they had cracked through her engagement ring  and  more than doubled the amount of damage to her ring when i saw it I was so shocked they could do this we did not give them any authorization to do anything to our ring much less damage it when confronted about it they were very rude and said they had been in business so many years I dont understand how a place could be so unethical

I was immediately helped by a very friendly employee. My watch's broken link was repaired within a few minutes while I browsed their pleasant store. I was thrilled that my watch didn't have to be sent away, that I could simply walk right in their store and immediately have my repair taken care of. When my repaired watch was handed back to me, I was told that a number of the other links were loose and they were tightened for me. I was shocked when the employee told me there would be no charge! I asked her again what I owed, in disbelief that they would repair my watch for free since it was not a brand they carried and so they knew it had not been purchased at their store. I am thrilled by their efficiency and kindness.
