I was so disappointed with the experience I had here this afternoon. I went in to have an heirloom ring evaluated for prong repair and resizing. The woman who helped me repeatedly asked me if I had purchased the ring from Fred Meyer or "online". It's nearly 80 years old, the old European cut diamonds are chipped from decades of use, and the setting is stamped with the hallmark of a long lost jeweler. No, I did not purchase it from Fred Meyer, nor did anyone else, and I was puzzled and confused by a salesperson who was unable to identify a vintage ring. And regardless of where it came from--and I'm not sure why that matters, except to point out I hadn't purchased it from them--the ring also has intense sentimental value to me, as it is not only an heirloom, but also my wedding ring. A very strange customer service tactic. I was under the impression from their website this business was willing to help customers with jewelry that is antique as well as new, and that they cared about everyone and all manner of sentimental jewelry, but I was made to feel small, unimportant and embarrassed. I have never been made to feel so unworthy at any store in all my life and it was a relief to ask for my ring back. I will not be returning any of my business here.

Best service ever. My toddler got ahold of my great grandmother's locket, he broke the locket from the necklace. I went into the shop less than 3 minutes, only 10$, later I emerged with a fixed necklace. Thank you so much! You guys are awesome!

If anyone read this before I left a very nasty review due to the fact I did not have my fiance's engagement ring to propose on the weekend I had planned. I went in to the store as soon as they were open and told the owner what had happened. He apologized sincerely and said he would give us a deal on resizing. I had my fiance drop off the ring, she was told 10 days and $125. Now I new there was miscommunication so I went in the following day. To my astonishment the ring had been sized and was ready FREE OF CHARGE! Amazing customer service and they definitely made it right by me! I recommend everyone with jewelry needs goes to see them!
