Once arriving to Darts of War, I was greeted by Lauren my party host, While walking to where my party was I walked into a women changing her infant on a table where my food was to be placed & toss the diaper into the trash can which made the entire area STINK. My boyfriend went to set up the food & a liquid from the ceiling dropped onto his head. I immediately told Lauren! My family positioned a box under the leak to prevent it from falling onto someone else. I brought these things to Lauren’s attention & at one point guests of my party became upset & wanted to speak with a manager ( never showed up) ! The bathroom which they claimed to clean EVERY 15 minutes looked like it had not been touched AT ALL! SMELLED HORRIBLE! I walked in to use the bathroom saw the scum in the toilet & trash piled up & walked directly back out.  My party host which is included in the package I PAID for was not available the ENTIRE party, myself & family members handed out the pizza, gathered the kids together, cut the cake. My family & I hosted the party! When it came to the end of the party we wanted to speak w| a manager to discuss these things for every thing that was mentioned an excuse was thrown our way. About the leak, they claimed that was not their problem it was the landlords problem in defense if that’s the case why send people into that particular location if you KNOW the ceiling is leaking who knows where that fluid is coming from. We could’ve easily moved to a different location which we were not offered! About the bathroom they claimed the bathroom was cleaned every 15 minutes. That’s a complete lie! About the party host they said they were understaffed. Ok every other party was being attended to. We asked to speak w| the owners of the location we were told they were on vacation and unavailable. & it was nothing they could do to accommodate us since they had 3 parties prior to mines and no one complained, If we did not pay the full balance of the party the police would be called. We had no problem paying the balance of the party it was the fact we did not get what we paid for.

We had so much fun! Arrive early so everyone can sign the electronic waivers. I noticed that the adults and teens had more fun than the kids, so maybe not for your little ones? They did have face masks for the little guys. The nerf balls did sting a bit but not terribly. Staff was polite and helpful,  and suggested where to order food from door the party.

Nice size area. Decent nerf weapons and obstacles. I didn't like how they took the automatic guns away after second round. You also play with a whole bunch of random. Still a fun place to have a party. Oh yea party rooms are in the open and near the entrance(not consolidated off at all).

I was told not to go here by someone name Charles but after reviewing and reading these comments I will be visiting with my Children. The most complaints is from people having party's and from working with the public I know you can't satisfy everybody. I feel like the owner and staff is being attacked. It's a place for children which like other places have some teen staff. Which I think is great. Anyway I can't wait until we can come and visit myself and get our own feel Of this place. What a great place to take the family. So much action to see at one time you will miss seeing everything. Kid's love it and it's a different way to spend the day. They do need to work on the food and drinks but I have higher expectations than most.
