Wow! David Adams did a great job on a custom ring...he used diamonds from old settings and created my new ring that is absolutely gorgeous.  We made an appointment, discussed what we thought we wanted, he communicated (email and phone)  through the process, stayed within our budget and created a beautiful ring that looks "right" on my hand and the compliments have been endless...I am thrilled with the results! Thanks again David!

They were pretty friendly when we were shopping for engagement rings and their turn over rate was fairly fast (holiday weekend- 1 1/2 to 2 weeks). 
When we received the ring in the mail, it was the wrong size... even though he measured my ring size himself in the store. 
I understand that stuff happens but honestly, the most frustrating part of the situation was the fact that when my fiance called to let him know what had happened, he was unapologetic and didn't seem to care at all. He said that he would size it free of charge but that it would be a few days and we would have to pay the shipping fee.

I actually wrote a review on another jeweler about my horrible experience I had with them.  I chose instead to use David Adams, and not only was he there to personally talk to me about what we wanted, but he was prompt and personal and created an absolutely beautiful engagement ring.  I would recommend him to anyone, and I will continue to use his services when needed.  Great job, Mr. Adams!
