Susan at the store was the absolute greatest with our shopping experience when my fiancee and I came to purchase my wedding ring. She was sweet and courteous and went out of her way to be friendly and helpful to us. Was so good to us that we will be returning for another purchase with her. Thank you susan!

I went in to get my wedding ring repaired and all three workers were bickering at each other from across the store! The lady who was helping me was so upset with her coworkers that she just tossed my ring on the counter! They all continued to bad mouth each other until, for some reason, the computer went down. At that point, I took my ring and left. Hopefully I will find better service in Fayetteville! I will not be back to that store. RIDICULOUS!

I would put zero stars if that was an option. They took about 5 months to do the resizing after I just bought it. And I've never had a good experience when I go in there.
