We purchased my original engagement ring from Perry’s. I was ready for an upgrade on my center stone only. Bryan met all my expectations and more. I went from a princess cut diamond to a cushion cut. He had to reconfigure the look just a little but I’m totally in love with it. Thank you Bryan and Jordan for seeing my vision and making it come true. I can't thank Hoyt and the team at HPerry Jewelers enough! I received an incredible gift from a dear friend late last year. The gift was a pair of WWII Military wings that were converted to earrings half a century ago. These earrings had been kept in a box, in a drawer for decades and my friend provided them to me asking that I consider taking them to a jeweler to be remastered into a more modern piece.
Through a series of aviation events, I ran into Hoyt and learned of HPerry Jewelers! I knew right away I could trust him with this heirloom!!! He and his team turned the two earrings into 2 separate necklaces!!! They turned out wonderfully!!! I highly recommend HPerry Jewelers! They listen to your feedback, request more information if they have questions and produce and sell high quality products.

Really pleased with the quality of the service I received. I had several pieces of jewelry to be repaired and they did a fantastic job. I dealt with couple of the staff members and they were very professional while taking the time to offer suggestions and provide advice. When I picked up my order, I dealt with the owner who was very friendly and helpful as well. If you need new or just need repairs, this is your jewelry store!!

I was not pleased with their service. I had a ring that was pretty damaged and they told me they would be able to fix it, it would just take time. They fixed it in under a week, like they said they would. When I went in to pick up the ring, I was very disappointed in the work they had done. The ring was lopsided and scratched and it didn't look like it had been cleaned. When I asked the woman helping me if the jeweler could take another look at the shape of the ring, she just stood there and said they did the best they could. I would have rather been turned away from the beginning if they thought it would be too difficult to fix it correctly. Instead, they made me think they would be able to repair it, only to take my money for a job they did not fulfill. The work on my ring was enough to leave me unhappy but as I was leaving (clearly unsatisfied), the woman helping me shouted "Sorry it couldn't be perfect for you!" Terrible work and terrible customer service. 100% DO NOT recommend HPerry Jewelers.

I used HPerry Jewelers when shopping for an engagement ring and I couldn’t have been more happy with my experience! Kim and the rest of the staff was great on helping me pick out the perfect diamond. I love the fact that when you go in the owner Hoyt is always there and engaging with customers. He and the staff always put a personal touch on every visit and makes you feel like family. What’s even better is that the service doesn’t just stop after your purchase. They make sure to take care of your every need after your purchase as well. I will never use another jeweler! Thank you Hoyt and the rest of the staff for everything you do!
