Thoroughly enjoyed the food. Everything was delicious. Service was great. We had a little bit of a hiccup because one of the dishes had a small stone or rock in it, but the manager and staff were so apologetic and comped the dish, along with giving us a free dessert. What was also nice was the fact that it wasn't crazy busy as we were at brunch on a weekend. I will definitely look for more opportunities to go back.

Had brunch. Food was exceptional and the service was 5 star. Our server was Cal I believe, he was from Morocco and he just couldn't do enough for us. I will definitely be going back to the restaurant. It was a wonderful experience.

As a group we had 3 meals...2 of them were "unbelievable" as where my steak was a bit average. The waiters were attentive and on top of their game. Well worth a visit if you're in the Soho area. We visited a few restaurants around this area as we were staying in the Soho Grand Hotel and this was the best restaurant we visited. We didn't have any wine but we did sample some of the locally brewed beers and they were delicious.

Updated review: I have been here a couple times for work hence the lack of pictures. While I thought the food on my previous visits were good, they weren't especially notable. I decided today to try something different. And I was rewarded. First, their lunch Prix fixe deal is great - app, entree, and dessert for $29. Some things have an additional supplement but otherwise their whole menu is game. The beet salad was incredible. The various vegetables were cut into small dice. The dressing was light (nice!) and fresh tasting. I thought the goat cheese was skimpy but it turned out to be just the right amount. For entree, I got the salmon. It came with a side of artichokes and another vegetable that was sliced thin and crispy. The salmon was cooked firm but not tough. The waiter suggested medium but it felt a little more done than medium. Still it was very delicious. And for dessert, the peanut butter chocolate thing was decadent and rich but not overly sweet. The mini scoop of ice cream provided a sweet punch and helped wash down the thick peanut butter/chocolate concoction. Service was fine but as usual, a bit slow. Probably more a reflection of the care put into food prep. The interior is beautiful and lunch is usually not too busy - so if you have some time this is a great place to relax and enjoy some good food. Original: The decor and staff are very inviting and warm. The food is kind of pretentious. Tastes ok, but all the dressed up descriptions oversell to a degree. Had the prix fixe menu (that's a good value, relatively speaking). The dumpling with BBQ sauce was weirdly cloying and heavy. The salmon was seemed a bit over cooked for medium. Creme brulee was pretty standard. The food seemed to come out very slowly. So this would definitely be a restaurant week rec, but wouldn't want to pay full fare for this one.
