Wonderful experience. Went in looking for an engagement ring with my boyfriend and it was perfect. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. We told them our price range and we didn't feel rushed or trying to be sold something higher then what we said. He showed me the design I asked about in our range and it was perfect. Very professional and great experience, glad I came to days.

I have always gone to Day's Jewelers in Manchester and they have never disappointed me. The employees have always been incredibly helpful and patient. They are so patient and understand that purchasing jewelry takes time that they have a lounge for their customers stocked with coffee and adult beverages. Thank you Day's!

I needed a special very hard to find gift ASAP in December. After scouring the internet, I chanced upon Day's Jewelers. Wow! What a relief! Their customer service is off the chart! Even though I live in southeastern North Carolina, I am hooked and will use them for all of my jewelry needs.

I went 2 times, one for the purchase, couple days later for engraving. Lindsey and Sam were helpful, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the jewelry and my satisfaction with it. Not to mention that they were the only store out of 12 that carried what I was looking for! Cleaned my personal jewelry while I waited for packaging and offered refreshments as well. OUTSTANDING!! Keep up the good work, I plan to return to the family owned and operated Days Jewelers for my next and any future jewelry purchases.

Day's has amazing service and fantastic jewelry!  My husband and I have been buying all of our jewelry here for years (wedding rings, watches, earrings, etc) and we also get our repairs and watch batteries done at Day's as well.  The staff is always exceedingly helpful and very nice.  It's a family oriented business so you always get the same manager and staff when you go in.  I visited again today and got service and help beyond compare.

They have great ideas and advice!  Highly recommend!
