I was looking at engagement rings and decided to check out Richters. They were very professional and knowledgeable.  Kayla and Paul were amazing! They were very patient and explained everything the whole way thru.  These guys have been in business a long time and it shows. If you want the best quality for the lowest possible price Richters Jewelry & Design studio is your place.

Richter's is amazing! They were so warm and welcoming. They helped my fiancé choose the right engagement ring and even tracked down the employee with the smallest fingers to model it, so he could get a better idea of what it would look like on my finger. When I showed up to get it sized, they were so attentive and friendly, made sure we had coffee/champagne/water, sized it on the spot and had a special gift bag filled with congratulatory goodies! Cannot recommend them enough.

From a stock piece from over 20 years ago, countless small repairs over the years, custom made wedding rings for my husband and I, and even turning an old set into my son's engagement ring for his future bride and so much more, Richters is the only place to go.  The team's passion for making sure you're happy with your choice is second to none.  Even when ordering something from a catalog, or buying one of Paul's many gorgeous custom pieces, they're all treated with the same passion and enthusiasm.  Paul, Amy, Feli, Kayla, Kaleigh and the rest of the Richters team are wonderful and provide a non-threatening and warm atmosphere to allow you to learn and feel confident about all of your choices.

Just picked up a Sterling silver tea set Paul polished up for a wedding shower for my mom to give.  Beautiful!   My husband and I picked out our wedding bands here too.  Swing by Paul loves to design.
