Upon arrival, the night staff at the front desk didn't seem very friendly. I was told by the woman helping me that it looked like they were out of King rooms (even though I had reserved one...). She gave me a room key after about five minutes of silently staring at her computer screen. We were told to drive around the building to a different door. We did. We found our room pretty quickly, but after scanning the key, opened the door up to a room that had not been cleaned at all. Bed not made, towels on the floor, etc. NO THANKS. We tried to walk through the hall to get to the lobby and the hall that would take us there was boarded up due to construction and renovation. In fact, most of the halls had no carpets because of this. We had to take the stairs up and around. We got back to the front desk and told her what happened. She quietly apologized and told her that was the last King room and we would have to "upgrade" to two double beds.... which is not what we wanted at all. We booked a KING! Then she told us we could upgrade to business class for a little bit more. Why should we have to pay extra for their mistake?!?! I agreed because, at that point, I just wanted to get into a room. We finally get to our room and it was pretty nice. The bed was comfortable and all seemed fine until morning... when we discovered (once already in the shower, mind you) that they had forgotten to supply us with shampoo, and the mouthwash on the counter was opened already! This was the end of our bad experience. Breakfast was great and the man helping us check out at the front desk was very apologetic and discounted the room for "upgrading". He was very helpful. All things considered, I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it.

The staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean, linen was fresh and clean. Breakfast was great, and the heated indoor pool hit the spot. On top of all of this, the price was only around $60. Will be returning.

Room decor nice. Smell in room, not sure what. Beds, very small to sleep 2 adults. And room size was small in comparison to other hotels.

It was nice. They have an indoor pool which is cool during the winter, definitely wasn't expecting that. The room was nice and beds were comfortable, although maybe a bit too stiff. Almost just solid, actually. Otherwise it was a good experience.

This property was alright for the price. We paid $89.00 for a room with a king bed, microwave, and mini fridge. The room had one easy chair and a small bathroom, a smaller vanity, and a small desk. The hallways could use a paint job and new carpet. The complimentary breakfast was better than many. It had eggs, ham, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereals, juices, milk varieties, fresh fruit, and coffee.

The front desk staff was very nice, friendly, and polite on all shifts.
