This location is undergoing remodeling. The front desk had been moved to a guest room with a temporary second computer down the hall. Our room had a nice brand new bathtub and toilet with adjustable water-saving flush system. Could not get the wifi to work. Loved the line of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soaps. Rooms were quiet other than a barking dog in the next room; I didn't hear any human noises from the hallways, through the walls, or overhead, so that was nice, especially considering we were just a few doors down from the makeshift check-in desk. Nice refrigerator in the room. No ice bucket, cups buy the sink, or in-room coffee service, but there was coffee and cups out in the temporary lobby. We will likely stay again, as most of the issues will be better once the remodeling is finished.

I have stayed here one night so far and all is fine. Clean sheets, clean towels, room was cleaned nicely. Passable breakfast, with waffles, donuts, muffins, etc. as well as cheap scrambled eggs on a heater. Coffee, too. Good restaurants in area, and it's close to NDSU, if that's what you're here for.

Found a great rate on last minute rooms. Went to book and glad we didn't. This might be a great hotel later but right now it's being renovated too much to even be open. I'll check back when more is done.

Room was clean and decent for the price. Great location if you are wanting to go to the mall, 5 minute walk. Bring your own pillows though.

Me and my family had a horrible experience here! When my boyfriend checked us in he was rude and so mean. When we left and came back our cards didn't work for our room so i had to go down to the front desk and tell him that it didn't work and was swearing at me and telling me it should work and all this stuff when they clearly didn't. The breakfast was not that great.. and when we were going to put the tv on for our son it didn't work and I told him about it and he told me to try and fix it myself and then when it still wouldn't work I called the front and desk and the guy didn't answer so I went down there and when I was walking down the hall he just gave me a glare and I told him our tv still doesn't work and his like "well it's hard to get a guy here to fix it because it's Sunday" then he asked when we're checking out and I said 11am and he said "I won't be able to get it fixed" and he was so snotty and rude. And there's not counter space in the bathroom it's just a sink and then you have just the shower that gets the entire floor wet! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. This is the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. Never again will I be staying here!
