The manager here was very rude to both customers and employees alike. Berating my friend for not knowing her student ID number and shouting to one of her employees to "COME" like a dog. I feel so bad for the people who work here. I have never seen such abuse by a manager in my life. I really hope that they get someone new in there. Tyler, the employee was very kind and helpful to us with trying to find the number. The manager looked up and him and said" where are you with that, because we are going home." As a person who has not yet decided on College I am really off-put by this woman's behaviour and will never shop at this bookstore.

manager and staff were very rude. not helpful at all when I mention the item I need that showed on their website they had they were confused and had no idea about the website. staff not helpful at all. just a bunch of life failures working in a college book store that have nothing to do but be grumpy

I went there this past Saturday (1/13/18) a few minutes after 1, and they were already closed. Yet it said, here on google, that they are open until 3. The kicker is that this was the weekend before the start of the semester.
