Perfectly happy with this place and the dining chandelier we purchased! We got a lot of helpful recommendations and advice when we visited the store, and the after sale services were great. Would definitely buy again! Also, the store is gorgeous and worth visiting for anyone in the area. I got plenty of home decor inspirations by just walking around their three-floor showroom.

Superb, knowledgeable, attentive and sharp staff. One of the best establishments on the East Coast to obtain both classic and exciting, modern-contemporary furniture! Most importantly, DDC has a complete compliment of interior design services to match their vast, select, products, brands & offerings.

Wonderfully designed pieces everywhere BUT bad service from the sales men. I wanted a customized size sofa because of a limited space in my living room. So, I explained this to the sales woman and I think that either she didn’t care about what I said or she was too stupid, because the sofa wouldn’t fit in my living room! Like if it was hard to read a plan! After all this trouble, it was very difficult to make an exchange. I called many times customer service to order a pick up for the sofa I wanted to return. In the end, they didn’t want to refund the money for the sofa. Exhausted of their bad service, I threatened to sue them and I finally recovered my money. So I went to Roche Bobois, which is a French company, and I was welcomed by an interior designer. In a few days the designer was at my place taking measures of my complete living room, allowing me to visualize how the design was going to be. No unpleasant surprise whatsoever. Every time I have guests and friends over, they keep telling me how the sofa looks great in the room!
