We purchased a couch from here a little less than two years ago. Within the first three months, the upholstery buttons started to pop off. Customer service was not able to help us to have these fixed. Most recently, we noticed that the staples for the backing were sticking out. We have a toddler, so this was a hazard for us. We had to remove the ones that were sticking out. We tried to speak to the customer service online, but they stopped responding to us as soon as they learned of our situation. We also tried calling the showroom but the call went to an automatic message system that was full. For how much we paid for the couch, the quality and service is terrible. We had expected better, and are very disappointed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered a couch in October that was originally to be delivered in late December. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and I had to go to the store to get updates. After missing my original delivery date they said it would be late January/early February. Again after missing the date and going to the store I was told a firm date of Feb 21. My wife stayed home to meet them and again nothing. No delivery, email, or call. I went by the store during business hours and the door was locked and lights out. Went by again today, the store was still closed.

Avoid any business with these crooks, Especially Mehmet Demir! They do not answer the phone or email. I have reported to the BBB for fraud. Avoid this place!

Purchased a few sofas and chairs from Smart Sofa. Had an issue with one of the sofas and the company exchanged the damaged sofa for a brand new one. Great customer service and great products!!!

This is the worst company when it comes to be professional. The trucking company they hired to deliver furniture damaged my property and then they denied it. They gave me the run around for almost a month before issuing a check to me. Mind u they said they mailed a check which they never did, then i had to threaten them with a civil suit. Then i had to drive all the way to Manhattan to get my check. If this was a real company and a professional one, they would have issued a check immediately once they saw the pics of the damage i sent to them via email. There are much better places to buy your furniture and if there is a problem get much better respect and professionalism then this one. I'd stay far away.
