The employees do not acknowledge you as you enter the business. They actually only acknowledged me after at least ten plus minutes.

Today which is November 9th my mom, my boyfriend, and I went to this store to get my mother a new phone. She is with Verizon, and she is trying to switch to AT&T. We had a guy named Andre greet us, and my mother explained to him what she wanted to do. My mom wanted to keep the same number so she had to call to get the okay from the account holder. The person texted her the information, and that is when Andre said he was going to help someone else. She had the information ready to give him and the guy that walked in wasn’t even there for a full 5mins. The point is we were there first. It didn’t even take long for my mother to get the information. It took less than 10mins. Andre needs to learn customer service because that wasn’t it. To be a great employee you need to have patience with your customer, and you need to be a great guide for your customer. Thats what makes a great employee. Something this employee needs fixing. Even though this is the closest AT&T we’ll never go here again, and we ended up going to the one in Roseville.

The staff and service at this location are number one. No matter what time of day, they are always aware and ready to assist the consumer with what transaction needed. Even if you don't particularly like AT&T overall service this location and its staff just may change your mind. The staff is knowledgeable and many of them have been with AT&T for many years, making them top-notch when it comes to product knowledge and service.

They carry all equipment, including mobile phone.  The customer service is great.  Handicap accessible, with free parking.

I don't know if it's the staff, the place or the environment or a combination of it all but I do not like this place at all. It is a hit or miss. 

Sometimes the staff is helpful sometimes they don't speak. Sometimes it is nice and bright and then there are times where it looks like they need to turn more lights on because it seems dark. Sometimes you can drive through the parking and park with no problem and then there are times where you may be involved in some sort of road rage incident.

I intend to avoid that place like the plague.
