My visit was about a year ago but I arrived and the gentleman behind the counter was clearly on Facebook when I approached and he failed to acknowledge me. Excuse me, he looked at me but failed to greet me. When I said excuse me, can I get some service he responded by lying about what he was doing and I called him out in not. This quickly turned into a verbal argument about proper customer service and business ethics but I digress from the true point. For that experience, I will never return to this establishment. I hope for your sake that you've found new staff. For those looking for a good bike shop, try about 3 miles north on the same side of the road.

Best bike shop around. Great customer service at good prices. I always go to Allied. They stand by their products.

Great owner and workers, very knowledgeable and understanding. They did a quality job on assembling my bike. Quick and inexpensive and great attention to detail. Thank you Paul, you have a great business and grew people,working for you.

TOP NOTCH BIKE SHOP!!! I stopped in on Tuesday evening about 15 minutes before closing time to look for a new bike. John and his guys were very friendly and willing to help me. With John's help, I found the perfect bike for me along with some accessories! I kept apologizing for keeping them past closing time, since most places run you out BEFORE they close! They weren't concerned with that, they wanted to make sure I got taken care of. I told John I would come back about noon the following day to give them time to get my bike set up, and when I walked in, John had my bike set up and ready to roll! Great job guys, if I didn't live 7 hours away, this would be my bike shop forever! And if I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely be back in and do more business with John and his crew!
