Kathy Saywell hands down is the best sales rep in Ohio. Here is why I can be a very difficult customer, because I know what I want and I know what I am worth and I wont just take anything sales reps try and throw at you.

To show you how great Kathy is, this is the 3rd vehicle she has sold me since 2014. She was at another dealership, prior to coming to Deacon's I found her and have moved my business to where she is. I will continue to do so. My wife and I are very pleased with our most recent purchase, she went out and found exactly what she wanted. 

My wife is a very picky person, I mean if you have to pay for it why not get what you want. Kudos to Deacon's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, for hiring such a great sales rep.

Randy Stovsky was my salesperson. He wasn't pushy, really helped find the color vehicle I wanted. The dealership and staff were courteous and helpful. We will be looking for another car in a few months. We'll definitely start at Deacon's!

I had a great experience here!! Randy was my Salesmen and he took care of me from the moment i walked in! He was very personable and knowledgeable! Him and his finance team gave me a offer I couldn't refuse and I left happy with a brand new TrailHawk 2 hours after regular closed business hours!!! There's a great team at Deacons I couldn't be happier with my experience!!

Drove up at 7:30a, met a very friendly auto tech....(didn't get his name), was there for less than 15 min before we got a courtesy shuttle back home. Got a phone call around 10-10:30a telling us what was wrong with our vehicle and a price quote.....next phone call was telling us our vehicle was ready and we asked if someone could come back to get us.....it was no problem!! We had a ride within 15-20 minutes!! Very pleasant gentleman (same guy from the morning)....we had time to chat with a salesman on the return trip about a 2017 PACIFICA! This is our 2nd time to this dealership and I will continue to come back. Great service, great staff!!
