I understand the environment and what comes with it when it comes to buying a car. You do your research, determine wants and needs then you communicate. It takes time and effort for the whole team to work to get you the best deal. That has to take patience and the entire Nick Mayer team did me right, all were professional, courteous and very warming. They even let my dog Fred sit in on the deal and trust me he got some serious love. Selling is hard and not easy trying understand what your customer wants and can afford. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't, but my experience was fantastic. But you say why not a five star, cause for me it's really hard to achieve perfection and to me that is what we are always trying to do. Therefore, I have to say one if not the best buying experience. Mark was patient, he listened and worked to get what Michele and I wanted. Though I wanted the diesel, Mark directed me to what was best based on want and price. Open and yes he was honest. He worked to get me the best deal. All my friends in Northeast Ohio - Mark is your guy and Nick Mayer is your dealership. I will buy my cars from these guys!

I can't say anything about the sales department but as for the service department I think it's top notch for a dealership. In the past I've always done my own auto maintenance and most of my own repairs so I'm not a complete idiot when it comes to the workings of a car. I find the guys at the front counter to be very knowledgeable. They take the time to discuss things with you and deal with your concerns. Prices are fair and most of all they don't try to over sell you on other things. I will definitely continue to take my vehicle here.

Nick Mayer Ford was fantastic to deal with when my husband and I purchased our new truck. Coming from out of state to purchase it, Marc and Ricardo were easy to work with and answered all of our questions promptly and professionally, and even in the early stages they were never pushy or over-bearing (which is why we didn't go to the local dealership). When we got there, everyone was accommodating and truly made it a wonderful experience. We couldn't be happy with our experience at Nick Mayer thanks to Marc and Ricardo or with our new truck! We will be in the market in the spring for a second vehicle, and Nick Mayer Ford-Lincoln will be our first stop.

Other the customer service was great. They had my car all day from 7:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. and still was not able to find out why my Bluetooth wasn't working. Also did not find the other problem of the vibration that I told him about. I find this hard to believe that you had it for 8 hours and could not find it so I am left to bring it back in which is inconveniencing my time other than that everything was great

Sucked actually. All I needed was to schedule an oil change. Ended up walking out because after waiting for 15-20 min. because no even said hey. I'll head back to Madison Classic fir much more personal service. After service manager Fred Gawry contacted me regarding my visit. I decided to give it another shot, and I'm happy that I did. The service was exactly what I had hoped for. Thank you Nick Mayer Ford Service Department.
