OMG. I LOVE this store! The clothes are cute and contemporary. They are adorable and affordable. I've been really impressed by the variety of merchandise they've selected. I usually shop places like The Loft, but this is my new favorite. It is exciting seeing what is trending when they put new merchandise out. It doesn't feel like I'm "trying too hard" to be cool when I wear these clothes. They're so natural and easy. I really recommended Dear Prudence. The staff is really helpful. I'm looking forward to next season. 😃

I love just stopping in to check out the new merchandise, sometimes even several times a week. Owner and all the salespeople are always so pleasant and helpful!

The owner was very unpleasant to me. As I voiced my complaint to her behavior to me, she said if I didn't like it I could leave. As you can read with the other reviews, the owner seems to always have an excuse for her lack of customer appreciation. Edit: the way you handled it was not appeasing and you never said the word sorry. My recommendation is to remove the store provided noisy toys. Particularly the one with the wooden hammer. You lost a very good customer today. I used to recomnend your store. The rest of your staff had always been pleasant. Maybe stay behind the scene. My husband has removed his rating.

I love shopping here! I always find cute stuff that is reasonably priced. Lots of unique gifts too! Staff is always friendly and helpful. A great addition to downtown Northville!
