Called to inquire about a shoe I saw online. She put on hold and said to come in to see shoe and also get fitted. Arrived in store at 3:11pm they had customers which is fine, however I was never greeted. Then when one of the associates finished up she started working with a customer who had just walked in, I had walked around the whole store looking at items so they knew I was there. It is now 3:42 I was never acknowledged and just walked out of the store. I've worked sales and customer service my whole life and this is not how it's done.

Frank was great! Had a good fitting and ordered the shoe I wanted in my size. Good experience. I will shop there again!

Had the best customer service experience (which I find more rare to find these days) today with Alexandra and got my favorite shoe, Hoka One One in black. Love this store.

Due to a change in manufacturer design, I recently had to return shoes that were hurting my feet.  Despite being purchased nearly 30 days prior, Chris assured me it was not issue, and provided several alternative pairs of stability running shoes to try.  I've been wearing my new shoes pain-free for a week.  Great in store selection and A plus customer service.
