The WORST run doctors office in Los Angeles! AVOID THIS OFFICE!!!! First off, I visited a year ago was misdiagnose. That off the bat should garner a 1 star review and a lawsuit. Now that we're off and running comes the real problem. I went in recently, checked in at the counter and sat for 45 minutes waiting to see the doctor for the same ailment that I had a year ago... When asked the counter if it would be much longer I was notified that I was listed a no-show, despite sitting in their lobby for 45 minutes. Once I met the doctor I explained that I still had the same problem, to no avail, I suggested, ME, the only non-doctor in the room, suggested that we do a CAT scan or other type of scan. The doctor (who's a very nice guy), offered a cheap CAT in his office. Good idea I had! Quickly into the scan the doctor shouts out, "Oh, you do have something." Sweet, so glad I suggested doing a scan. The doc offers a procedure but says someone in his office needs to call me with in a few days to set it up and check with my insurance. So I leave and later that day I call the office, they are slightly annoyed I called back to schedule the appointment so quickly and repeated what the doctor said. Fine, I can wait, despite being in pain and having waited a YEAR by being misdiagnosed the first time. I can let it go, I'm an understanding person... So I wait. I wait that whole week. Then I wait the whole next week. NOTHING. No call. Nothing. This office needs to shut down. It's the worst. They're all awful at their job . Never going back.

I liked the Doctor. Clean office. Have to pay for parking. They do Allergy Testing. But generally, they don't do Allergy shots. They do Allergy drops (sub-lingual (under your tongue). but the drops are not generally covered by insurance. Office staff very kind and so it the billing Dept! He did help me!

Pros: Alyssa is extremely helpful, Medical Assistants are pleasant, Dr.Sigari funny demeanor! The billing department is completely disorganized, as they can not tell the difference with insurance plans. I had a Point-Of-Service plan, as I clearly notified the office, to bill as a PPO, thus, prompting me to call my insurance company to rectify the compensation discrepancies. Alfie Ramos and her associates reassured me that post-op visits are gratis and do not require co-pay, totally false! I got a letter with a late fee, along with collections notice for $100-something. I was furious and upset. Blue Shield made an adjustment and Alfie, embarrassed that she was, zero'd my account. In regards to Dr.Sigari, he is pleasant but sometimes late to appointments. Two years ago, he recommended that I get a radioactive treatment in-office, but I was limited due to educational responsibilities. It turned out that Dr Sigari took a second look to note that I my turbinates needed to be reduced. I appreciated that he admitted fault and did his best to remedy to problem. I was really floored to find that he retired from Blue Shield because "they don't pay enough", despite healthcare being expensive already.

I'm new in town and googled Allergists near me. This office was one of few Drs office to courteously answer the phone and happened to have an appt open that day. The office is modern, nice staff, and the Doctor was caring and knowledgeable, very kind. He did offer allergy testing with only treatment with sublingual drops, which works for me since I only go to Dr office when I'm near death. Overall, I had good experience and I will return.
