Best ENT I've ever been to. I went to several others in LA and OC for sinus issues and they all did the same thing, put me on antibiotics even though I had been on them too many times before. Dr. Sigari presented me with two other options based on my CT. He said we could do a minimally invasive procedure in-office called balloon sinus dilation or the next measure would be surgery that required tissue removal and a longer recovery. I chose to do the in-office procedure and I'm beyond thrilled wth my results! It's been 2 years since I've had the procedure done and I can honestly say it's changed my life. I used to get sinus infections at least 4-6 times a year with yellow/green mucous and it would be accompied by terrible, debilitating headaches- behind my eyes, in my forehead and cheeks. Since about a month or so after the procedure my headaches and sinus infections have decreased almost completely. This has been one of the best decisions I've ever made and I couldn't speak more highly of Dr. Sigari. He's a true miracle worker. I have even referred family members to him that had polyps who couldn't breathe or smell and he was able to treat them in-office, remove the polyps and give them their sense of smell back. If you want a surgeon that is kind, honest, minimally invasive and knows what he's doing, go to Dr. Sigari! Best ENT!

Dr. Sigari is the best! He was recommended to me as the best sinus surgeon in the area and that is definitely true based on my experience

If you suffer from bad allergies and constant sinus infections you need to visit Del Rey ENT! I came into the office to have my sinuses evaluated and Dr. Sigari was able to pin-point exactly where my sinus pressure was coming from! He was able to do a CT scan of my sinuses during my visit (they have a CT scanner right in office!) which showed me I had a current sinus infection which was causing me pain. It was so nice to have someone do such a thorough exam. I was prescribed some medication and am already feeling better! Parking can be a little tricky, so I recommend parking across the street in Marina Lot # 4 or 5.

I was Suffering from Sinus Problems for last 20 Yrs or so which, I never took care of the problem till I met Dr.Sigari. He Explained to me how easy ,new and effective Sinus Baloon Surgery is and how is going to fix my Sinus Problems. Fist Thing he did was a Sinus Cat Scan and Next thing you know,My Sinuses were Blocked and needed to be Fixed. The Procedure took about only 45 Min and I recovered in 3 days. The Staff are Very Nice to me and Wait time was less than 3 min by Appointment. I really like to Thank Dr.Sigari and her Staff for the Wonderful Service at their Clinic in Marina Del Ray.

Dr. Farhad Sigari has become a "Family Affair" to our Family of Nasal Suffers. Sense he treated my Sister for her Nasal Problems, my Nice was next, I followed and my Daughter is having her Procedure tomorrow and Our Brother is soon to follow. We have recommended him to everyone who has heard our successful results, He's Excellent as is His Staff, Up To Date on the latest Procedures, His Office is Friendly and Everyone there is Skilled and Professional with Dr. Sigari leading the Team. If you have any Nasal or Allergy Problems give Him a Call.
