Dr. Macias performed a upper eyelid lift on me a couple years ago. The results were great and have lasted! I look less tired and much younger. His staff was also great.

Dr. Macias is such an amazing and caring doctor. Im in such relief and 200% happy that I ended up doing my BBL surgery with him.
I've always been self conscious about my booty, to give you a visual, in medical terms I had an inverted V-Shape :( I was so self conscious of it that i would just buy long shirts or tops to hide it, always wearing a spandex or fajas colombianas to flatten the stomach and lift the booty up, never liked walking in front of my friends so they wouldn't judge my rear end and so many other little things i wouldn't do or wear because of it. Finally I got to a point of being tired of using garments specially on a hot day (hello, we live in LA). So here i am consulting my options with Dr. Macias, I told him that I've been searching and interest in a mini tummy tuck with BBL vs just lipo with BBL, he explained why he wouldn't recommend a mini tuck for me, he reassured me that with just lipo and the BBL i would have great results.
Done, booked my appointment (btw, you then go and meet with his coordinator Silvia which she's a sweetheart and very thorough as well as his nurse Tammi. Fast foward,  I'm 2 months out and couldn't be more happier. My BBL came out so natural, I went from an inverted V-Shape to a heart/pear A-Shape booty. My stomach did not ended up saggy/loose skin how he said (so glad I didn't go for a tummy tuck, specially because i was concern with the scar). 

Thank you Dr. Macias! You have no idea how much you have change my life. I will forever be indented to you.

My boyfriend looooooves my new booty, he can't keep his hands off it :)

Dr. Macias is a wonderful doctor. He made me feel comfortable and secure in my decision to have a procedure. He was patient and kind and gave his undivided attention during my consultation. I decided to move forward with my procedure because Dr. Macias made me feel confident it would go well and it did! He is meticulous and talented. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Macias did my under eye filler, non-surgical rhinoplasty and Botox. I could not be anymore happy with the results! No downtime and no bruising! The results were so natural and just what I asked for. Thank you Dr. Macias you're the best!

Dr. Macias is amazing! I went to him for a breast augmentation and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not to sound superficial but this surgery has changed my life in so many ways. The implants he used are the teardrop shaped gummy bear implants and I can't believe how natural they look.This was one of the best decisions I have made for myself and I am so happy that I chose Dr. Macias as my doctor. His nurse Tami is also really easy going and funny and makes the process a breeze.
