Very rude and condescending fat black lady that lied to my face and said my snap case was turned off because I renewed my case online and I renewed it late. Called my Caseworker while at the office and she straitened everything up. The office needs to do a better job at vetting the people in Customer service cause they usually have no idea what they are talking about. Better to speak directly with a case worker.

Transferring in from another country. I can not get in touch with anyone there. I've been calling for a week. I can't even leave a message in hopes that someone will return no l my call. I don't know what to do at this point besides go there but I don't want to waste a trip just to be told I have to make an appointment. I'm trying to schedule one over the phone. There should be a answering service.
