I waited 38 minutes to speak with TIM (IRS REP) VIA THE REGULAR NUMBER.... only to be told to call the RoseTree office to schedule an appointment.  When I called they told me I needed A 'LTR' REF NUMBER LOCATED ON THE UPPER RIGHT HAND CORNER OF MY LETTER.  THERE IS NONE...and the individual WOULD NOT GIVE ME HER NAME...TOLD ME TO CALL BACK WHEN I CAN LOCATE IT AND HUNG UP....ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.    I HAVE A DOUBLE MASTER AND CAN READ, AND PROVIDED MOM'S SS#...AND EVERY 'SINGLE' NUMBER AFFILIATED WITH THE DOCUMENT/LETTER  SHE RECEIVED TO NO AVAIL!!!  ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO HANG UP ON ANYONE.  WHO WILL ADVOCATE FOR SENIORS WHO RECEIVE THIS TYPE OF ABUSE???  YES A LETTER IS FORTHCOMING AS 'CALLS ARE MONITORED???"

Beware : Never Visit this office 😢

I went with an appointment. I took all the documents. I had called the helpline to know the formalities and was prepared till 40 mins. I took a day's leave from work. Then the IRS rude lady at booth 1 didn't even look at our documents and introduced her own prerequisites which are not in print on the form or website or customer care. She should be not serving public services as she was rude and turned an old 60 year woman down too. Goto a better office as they do not validate the documents. The office is for namesake timepass of few sick minds.

Bullshit service. Wrong address and hours of operation.

They location of the office is a little confusing you have to go all the way around the building to find the entrance
