Had the pleasure of visiting this office to pick up transcripts for Buisness. What I didn't realize was there was a office that was closer to where I lived and on top of that I needed an appointment. Instead the lady at the front, who I didn't get her name but I call her Pretty! I call her that because her personality was beautiful. She was so helpful to me in my time of need. For that, this site gets 5💫

Never ever go here find a diffrent office it's pathetic how rude the workers were help a black girl out have her everything she asked for cuase they were the same race didn't give her id or anything but I walk up with mine and i can't report a fraudulent tax return becuase their racist straight up if you ain't black don't go if your black thumbs up to you. They kept telling me to call this number call that then when I do they tell me to come in never go here there all ignorant even the security acted like I was gonna kill someone or something you know it's against the law to not let a us citizen report a fraudulent tax return

I went here for a new ITIN - form W7. All paperwork and documents were neatly filed because I am a highly educated and an organized person. We were told that this IRS office performs certified IRS verification so we gave our passports and other documents for instant verification and waited for an hour. Being in a secured office, we went unnecessary hassle process of entering the building. Then we were told all formalities are completed and we were issued a receipt. We were treated well. After a month we received a notice from IRS Texas saying that the application was filed without attaching the passport scans and rest of the supporting documents are attached to the application filed. We are now feeling so pissed. We have to now take another appointment for a miss that the officer did. Filing a 14157 complaint form for this office's negligent staff. They wasted a month's time and effort/money of mine !
