Went in today to attempt to get a document notarized. The young man in there was less than helpful, basically dissmissed me. Said the paper I wanted notarized was missing something and walked away after handing me back my original document. I was calling the company that provided the docunent to be notarized to see if something could be sent over, but I couldn't get his attention. He was busy tending to his lunch. I apologize if I disturbed lunch. They older lady is much nicer and pleasant.

This Place Sticks Literally, its smells like ciggeretts...on top of that there customer service is 💩ty..they never want to hear out the customer P.O.V, they cut you off with snobby answers. There just money hungry and not helpful at all....my advice is don't give money to a place that dosen't have Passion for what they do!

When PennDOT did a very good job of screwing me over and suspending my license under false pretenses Debbie did a fantastic job and went out of her way to do everything she possibly could to resolve the situation! Great service they are patient and soft-spoken this is a great place to go when needed!

Went to get a one-page document from my lawyer notarized. After copying down the info from my license she looked at the document and said "do you need a witness?" I said "you're my witness right?" She said "No, you have to bring your own witness." I said, " I used to be a notary and I never heard of that." She said, "If you put N/A on the line where it says 'witness' then I'll notarize it." So I did what she told me to do and as I was handing her the cash she mumbles "I can't promise...." What makes it bad is that there was another employee there that could have served as a witness. What's the point of being a notary if you can't confirm identification and witness a signature. I firmly believe that this was a case of discrimination. And if I looked differently, she would've had no problem carrying out her duty. Of course after consulting with the lawyers office I had to get it redone. DON'T GO THERE!
