Called to ask about a price. The man who answered didn't identify the name of the business and instead answered "he's on hold on the other line." I told him I didn't know what he meant and asked if I had reached Delaware Tire Center. At this point he refused to answer and demanded my name. I was pretty shocked by this and asked him if they always interrogate callers before identifying what business they were answering for. He basically told me he was busy at that point. I told him fine,I would go elsewhere and he could continue to blow sales for his company to which he answered "okay" and hung up on me. What a jerk.

I LOVE this place!!! The staff is more then friendly and extremely helpful!!!! Plus they don't murder your bank account with their prices!! I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!

I had a nail in my tire on my way home to Florida. The staff helped me quickly. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great place to get your service done.

Friendly, efficient, quality service in setting up my appointment and providing a comfortable waiting area where I could work. Solved my problem of a tire that consistently lost air...the rim of the wheel needed attention. The tire is good. The cost was a fair price.
