Best auto shop ever. Got a flat tire with a really huge screw stuck in my tire which was quickly deflating. Drove over there immediately without an appointment. They attended to my car asap was literally in and out in less than 15 min. I received excellent service and really fast and affordable. Really grateful for their fast service which I needed since I was about to make a 300 mile trip.

I highly recommend Premier Auto & Tire! I submitted an appointment request on their user-friendly website around 10:00 pm when a "check engine" light came on in my car. I received a call at 8:30 the following morning that I could come drop the car off at my earliest convenience. The car was checked and ready to go a little after 1:30 the same afternoon! They explained everything they did very thoroughly, and even placed mats down on the floor of my car to avoid leaving anything from their shoes behind. Fast and friendly service made for a fantastic experience!

Honestly they don't even deserve one star, but long story short,  they overcharged me for parts they claim came from the dealer,  but when I called the dealership to get pricing for the parts they charged me from the guy in the parts department he told me how much each part was, so with each I paid for I was overcharged by close to $500 more than what the parts cost!  So when I mentioned this to the manager at the shop, all he could say is "well we gotta make something off the parts " it's called "upcharge" ! I said no my friend that is extortion!  And after all that trouble my check engine light is still  even after paying $1600!  Rip off,  rip off,  rip off!  Do not.  I repeat do not,  waste your time here.  And people leaving good reviews are employees or friends and family of the employees.  And lastly had the nerve to say that I was the type to hide behind a computer and write a bad review when I clearly told them how I felt to their faces.  TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Had a fuel line leak, charged $350 and said they replaced it, one month later one fine morning it leaked again and emptied the tank in matter of minutes in the middle of the road in a different state. Had a very frustrating experience. However,  when I complained about it, they took care of things and showed a really positive attitude towards this issue. Overall I am satisfied.

Mark was knowledgeable and did what he said he would do in the time frame agreed to. Fair price and friendly.
