I was a walk-in  for a quote on a muffler replacement.  The fellow at the counter Steven pulled my car in and within 10 mins had inspected the exhaust system and worked up a quote. While the price was more than I wanted to spend on a 15 year old minivan he was able to make a couple of phone calls and locate a lower cost "economy" grade muffler that would meet my needs.  The change brought the cost within my budget.  He had the part delivered and my van fixed within 2 hours even with a full shop. I also noted that when dealing with other customers that were there for service he explained clearly what was found during their inspection and provided very reasonable quotes for the service.

30 minutes prior to stopping at Midas, I visited a muffler shop located on Main Street in Newark. It was going to take them a couple of hours to even look at my car. Their initial quote was twice the cost that I paid at Midas and as they pointed out did not include shop fees.

It pays to shop for service and in this case Midas on Kirkwood Highway/Possum Park was the place to go. Honest service at a reasonable price.

While driving to Florida, my husband and I had a problem with our tire that needed immediate attention. We found several local places, but none of them would even look at our car without an appointment. We called this Midas, and Steven the assistant manager told us to come over. They were wonderful!  Dave, the mechanic, took our car in immediately, addressed the issue, and sent us on our way as fast as possible. Highly recommend them!

Had a muffler and tail pipe replaced and oil change. Service took over a full day. The work was well done but a bit pricey.

Went in today to have an oil change and a tire mounted. They advised me of another tire that would need to be replaced while providing a quote and not making me feel pressured. Affordable cost, great service, I will definitely be going back

Excellent staff, very professional, welcoming and honest! A hard thing to find at most shops. Ran into some difficulty finding the part I needed in the same day but John did everything he could possibly do to find one! Loyalty earned with me and would recommend anyone to come here for just about anything!
