HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING, and they STEAL. Make sure you add up all that you order because they ALWAYS charge you extra , and the receipts do not specify the price so you don’t notice , but when you add up the prices from the menu you see how easily they’ll charge you $5-10 extra . THIEVES is what they are! Food DISGUSTING, atrocious . The buñuelos dry and tasteless, same as the pan de bono and pan de queso . Got an arepa de choclo con queso and EW 1 it was raw and 2 it had 0 flavor , didn’t even taste like corn. I have included pictures for you all to see this unappetizing, raw , disgusting arepa they have the audacity to charge you $5 for . Again THIEVES in all. The food is tasteless, even when I added salt was difficult to eat, the picture is what we left because we couldn’t keep trying, and this places don’t exchange food if you don’t like it. The huevos pericos are not, they put fresh tomatoes and scallions as garnish, the calentado was disgusting, the carne asada was as dry as it can get. Pandebonos were really good and the coffee was good too, I guess it should be just a bakery and not a restaurant. In terms of service omg, the three girls are like zombies and don’t care that EVERYBODY is complaining, there were three tables with people and they didn’t realized we had entered and were waiting for menus, we had to ask for it, the table next to us complained for the same reasons I’m saying. We waited for the silverware with the food served, finally I have to ask for it. We ordered cheese empanadas, the girl forgot then She said “they’re coming” they were uncooked. I’ve never been so disappointed with a Colombian place. Oh and they add the tip of course.

Should have read the reviews first. The food had no taste even after adding salt. Overpriced and no receipt, they charge a fee to bring your food to the table.

Too pricy for the quality of the food.

Food was OK, servers were not very friendly. They also add a service charge to your order and they dont tell you, so you overtip. Plus the service charge was added to our to go order. What a scam! Definitely would not return.

Food is bland. Bought from the bakery and it tasted like it was made in old oil. The bread was hard. This one time I went in by myself and ordered at the register and they automatically added a tip to my purchase. Buyer beware, do not trust the food or the personnel.

The food was great the service was exceptionally great. Reason why I only gave it a three is because they included the tip in the bill I did not appreciate that at all no. I understand restaurants include the tip in the bill if you have six or more but there was only my wife myself and my daughter.

Service was AWFUL, went there to have a dish who included pork, when I got the dish it was not properly cooked, it was still raw, so I asked if I could please get it properly cooked and her answer was: "There is nothing I can do, is a fried dish and we are starting to close the kitchen". What in the world does that mean, am I paying for a plate with a dangerous raw pork, that if it is not properly cooked can affect my health? The owner's son was looking and he did not do anything at all. I won't go back, their customer service was the worst, made me pay and did not do anything about it. That's not the way to treat a customer.

We've stopped by several times for breakfast, with each visit getting worse. The kitchen is very slow. I ordered the #1combo and after waiting 25 minutes I had to cancel the order because they made us run late. There were no the customers in the restaurant, so there's no excuse for the kitchen to have taken more than 5 minute to cook a pair of eggs and warm up some ham. I also noticed they charged a service fee on the bill. I'm not sure if it was for eating in but they should have informed us about the fee before hand.

The food fried fish that was $17.95 was reheated and waitress not once smiled!!! It was an unhappy fathers day!!! I would have expected better services and a more inviting attitude!!! Expensive and not worth it!! They obviously don't know how to treat their customers or make their food!!
