This stores has an excellent location, with easy access, plenty of parking spots, very professional and efficient servers which not only provide a great service, but also take the time to interact with clients. Congrats to Michelle who is very nice, kind, and of course efficient too. I passed by just to have a quick lunch, however extended my time having a nice conversation with the one amazing "Boricua" who was assisting in the room. Overall a great time, good choice to have lunch and relax. Parking: Plenty of parking spots since this store is located inside a shopping mall. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible and on first floor
An excellent store I come here almost four times a week the service is great the location is excellent the service is very fast the food is very good grade 10 not to mention that when you go for lunch inside the store there is a guy named VICTOR G. he is very solicit, considerate, committed and dedicated TO EVERYONE AND with work. He is extremely polite and always wants to help people. This Man works very well. I recommend this store to everyone and look for VICTOR. He is like my MANAGER in the store. Score 1000 for Pollo Tropical and VICTOR G.
This place was a total disappointment, we came from out of town and this was the first full meal of the night for us. The chicken was dry horribly , the steak was cold , and sausage mediocre. I asked for avocado and it looks like it looks like it’s rotting .
It's was a pleasure to eat here ... specially because Victor was very nice and very professional about cleaning,the place was shining Food: 5/5
ordered steak with an individual ceasar salad and lemonade and I was surprised, this is what I received for $16.43. yes it does look like a kids meal.Food: 2/5
This restaurant is so clean and staff is friendly. I ordered the avocado cilantro crispy chicken meal with black beans and white rice.. it was sooo good I give it a . They are on point with customers needs. Nice spot and affordable too. Parking: Plenty of parking and drive thru as well
This place is okay unlike any other place. It is also very slow to get you your order. The food comes out. It's semi-warm and if you go through the drive-thru not too quick and really check your order before you leave the windowFood: 3/5
Well, I only use the drive through, great food for what it is. My favorite fast food joint actually, wish I had them in the Tampa area.Food: 4/5
My husband and I went to Pillow Tropical on August 16, 2022 very excited and happy to try the New Chicken Wings...It was 1:30 in the afternoon and NO Chicken Wings...We stand in line and the Cashier says we ran out no more chicken wings...At 1:30 in the afternoon NO Chicken Wings NOT ACCEPTABLE.. Disappointed. By the way we went somewhere else to eat.
Food was good! I cant say on the dessert because it never made it. No sauces either so we had dried foofYou call the store no answer, no contact for the service they used to deliver. No email or anyway to contact. After 4 days i found guest service and spoke to someone today is a week and still no one has contacted me. So this is very irresponsible of both and its also frustrating
