Great delicious fresh food. The juices are so delicious very very refreshing .The patacon out this world. You want to have a good delicious food go to El Arepazo. A++++++ place
Food was delicious. I had the Venezuelan Burger with egg and my GF had the Tostones with Chicken sandwich. Girl at front counter was miserable and not helpful or attentive at all. They are located INSIDE Del Sol Mall in the Food Court.
this place should even be open. Their food tasted old the avocado was old. The place is dirty. I wouldnt eat there again.
I went to the plaza del sol location yesterday, 04/30/2022, my visit was beyond miserably, food 2 stars being generous, but the lady at the counter, WAO, looked like she does not want people to come back, lack of courtesy, BAD MANNERED, I really wanted to cancel the order, I, will definitely, please the lady by NEVER EATING at Arepazo anymore, NEVER AGAIN yesterday was Debut and Farewell. Get new staff or shut it down!!!!
Avoid this place at all costs. It is located inside the Plaza del Sol mall in the food court. We went there on Saturday 4/30. While the food I had was ok patacones with meat, the terrible attitude by the two ladies at the counter just cannot balance the good food. These two ladies either woke up on the wrong side of the bed, or maybe they had a fight in the back, or are just simply unfriendly and unsuitable for customer service. They do not even acknowledge or greet you when you come up to the counter. Not even a smile, a “good morning how can I help you”, nothing. Just a sour face, rude, almost bordering on nasty. If the owner of this place reads this, please look for better staff. And if these two ladies own the place, God help them.
Whoever wrote that this place has really bad customer service I completely agree. First they see you and they don’t acknowledge you or greet you. You can be standing there for hours and they don’t take care of you if you don’t speak up. Be aware if you order take out, make sure you tell her how many little cups of sauce you want because they charge you for the second cup they don’t explain to you anything before hand. They don’t wear any kind of mask plus they have children running behind the counter and in the back where they cook your food. Too many bad things to point out. Don’t recommend this place at all.
The food here is delicious, the PR style tripleta and pantacon taste pretty good. That being said, they raised their price by 25% in a matter of a month. Averaging about $1.50-$2.00 each item . I know food prices have risen due to inflation but it does seem like a big leap and seems to be a little more pricier then I would like. Will I continue to eat at this place of business? Yes of course, but unfortunately not as often. Instead of 2x week, I now go 1 every 2 weeks. My motivation in cutting back is raised prices lol.. But definitely recommend the food. Customer service is lacking but I think it’s a cultural thing, don’t expect a smile with your order but that’s not a big deal. I was debating whether the raised prices equates to 3 or 4 stars, but I think 4 stars because of the taste of food is fair.
My fortunate experience with Arepazoo was great. I loved the Chicken Maduros Patacón was incredible with a Native Venezuelan drink the Mora which was delicious .Food: 5/5
I LOVED IT!!! 3 leches cake was AMAZING! Arepas, the best I have tried. It is not expensive, it is really good, and the space is pretty big to go and eat with family. 10/10 recommended!!!
Food taste was good. I love Venezuelan food and people so I took my family to eat here but the service was a complete disappointment. Part of the order was missed. Then I was told to wait so that they can take other part of the order again without apology. One of my family members took the sauce to the table and the manner in which he was yelled at from counter and the ATTITUDE was incredible. I had to read the sign in English and translate to my family member and explain you have to put sauce on your food at counter, not at table where you eat.... after 7 minutes the lady still didn't return from kitchen to take rest of order so we left.
