We chose Delicity Cakes to make our wedding cake. The sampling was perfect, we were able to try all of the flavors they offered and you could even choose a different flavor for a layer of the cake. The designs we looked at were wonderful but didn't match our Winter theme so they offered to change one of the designs to incorporate snowflakes.
The cake arrived on time and was beautiful! We received many compliments. 

I have already returned to buy cupcakes because I like their flavors so much!

This is by far the best bakery I have ever purchased items At! They did the cakes for my son's birthday (minion themed) and his baptism. Both cakes were absolutely gorgeous and tested Devine. He also got a smash cake which was especially made with less sugar for him. We also bought cakes from here for my husband's birthday that was Halloween themed. They never disappoint. And prices are amazing compared to anything else I researched. They will always be my go to bakery for events/birthdays. Love love love

Delicity did a phenomenal job with our wedding cake, from the planning to the delivery, everything went as planned. They provided a complementary cake tasting and the choices were all made from scratch at their shop even the fondant. We did a coconut cream and passion fruit filling on a vanilla cake that was delightful, light, sophisticated and perfect for our guests. We recommend Delicity as your cake shop for all occasions.

We hired Delicity Cakes to create a Cookie Monster cake for our Grandson's 1st Birthday party and the experience was nothing less than amazing.  When we arrived at our appointment to discuss the cake, Delicity Cakes surprised us with 5 different samples of cake for us to taste (all were amazing).  Not only did they do an outstanding job creating the 3-D Cookie Monster cake, but the cake was delicious.  We chose a layer of yellow cake filled with mocha cream & caramel and a layer of chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache and caramel - amazing.  We are so happy we chose Delicity Cakes to create a special cake for a very special little boy.  We spent a little more than we had planned, but you get what you pay for.  I will continue to use Delicity Cakes; I recommend them highly!

STAY AWAY from this place!!!!!

I should believe those bad reviews, they ruin my son's ONE year old party.
I order a cake two weeks before the party, and I order it in person to make sure the cake will be perfect. It is a less than 10" base cake with a owl (about 5-6") on the top. I told her I want to use the owl as smash cake. She said it will be the same as the bottom cake. They charge me $160.00. I think it is kind of pricey, but it worth the money if they could made the cake I want.

The cake looks exactly what I want. I ordered yellow cake with strawberry & cream cheese filling. When the birthday boy ready for the smash the cake, we found it is CHOCOLATE cake with CHOCOLATE filling inside!!! Yes, the party is ruin, I can't let my one year old have the rich chocolate cake and of course we didn't have the First Smash Cake picture for my little boy!!! :(

I called them the day after, and tell them they made the cake wrong. The first lady said that's what it should be, and then change to "the owl is not suppose to eat, just a decoration". I told her I know what I order and I also confirm what is in the owl when I order it. And then she goes" how much money you want me to refund you?" with a bad tone. I told him I am not ask for money, what I LOST is not about the money. 

She passed the phone to the lady who take my order. Before I even said a word, this woman YELLED at me "I am not going to refund you any money! I made cakes for 40 years, I know how to made the cake! and I NEVER discuss what will in the owl with you!!" she was so RUDE!

I told her I am sure I did ask you, and you told me it will be the same as the bottom cake I order. She HUNG-UP on me!!! I called back and ask her " is that how you treat your customers?" She goes " YES, if the cake is wrong, why don't you bring it back that day?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I should leave all my guests and drive 40 mins to bring back the cake then you will admit your mistake? I told her, I will write reviews online if this is how to treat your customers. She said "go ahead, do whatever you want! I don't care!"

Yes, I paid $160.00 to get a good looking cake but lost the PRICELESS moment for my baby. They DON'T EVEN APOLOGIZE to me. Just try to deny their mistake and be rude. I told one of my friend what happened, she told me that she also order a cake from them before and she got totally wrong size, cake and filling.

If you got the cake as what you want from this place, then you are so LUCKY (go buy a lottery!) DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! AND DON'T RISK YOUR SPECIAL OCCASION! They are nice when you order it, but they LIES when things went wrong. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
