I was looking for a bakery that would accommodate to specific dietary restrictions to a special occasion cake near the area i was throwing a surprise party. Luckily this place was able to make me a vegan cake and cupcakes! Not only that but an alien shaped cake. Only problem was they double charged us. When i came in to make the order the lady helping me out said i can pay that day so i did. She also said whoever picks up dosent need a receipt as long as they say my name. Which was perfect since my mother in law was picking up the cakes. The day of the pick up when my mother in law came in, they made her pay for it even after she told them my name and that i paid for it. They asked for a receipt, but she didn't have one because they told me she wouldn't have too. That was something i did not want to hear upon arriving to the surprise party. Upset that she had to pay when we were under the impression she wouldn't have too. A special dietary occasion cake and cupcakes are not cheap. Plus they wrote a message for me on the cake and had half a letter above a letter...dosent make sense? I'm pretty sure it was fondant why couldn't you take it off? So the next morning i called the bakery told them what happened and the girl was laughing on the phone. All i had to do was come in with a receipt or bank statement of both transactions. Luckily a simple fix. But I'm upset about the experience. And also the customer service, she was laughing on the phone when i was discussing an issue i was angry about. Plus never got an apology for the situation on the phone or in person. Other than the upsetting manners of the associate, and situation...the vegan cake was really delicious. Everyone at the party loved it. We'll keep them in mind if we need them in the future, but probably as a last resort.

I ordered my sons birthday cake from here. First of all the prices are crazy. I spend $130 on a 10in cake. Which I thought was going to be worth it. When we were cutting into the cake the chocolate filling was so hard. Which was making it harder to cut the cake. And also the cakes it self was so crumbly. The cake was falling apart inside. The cake tasted horrible and everyone at the party did not enjoy the cake. I’m very up set and disappointed. It was my sons first birthday and the cake was a disaster. I will be calling this place and letting them know what they did. I was better off getting a cake from cosco. Not worth the money and does not taste good.

I’m a bit frustrated. I called and spoke to Alicia, and asked for email to send a picture of a cake so I can get a quote. She gave me an email and said it will take 24 hours, we are going on third day and no email back. It’s a bit frustrating since my daughter birthday is right around the corner and I need to buy a cake. Now I will have to look somewhere else.

Worst place. Owner never responded my email back. stop at their location, and one of the girls said ohh I am going to let the owner know. has been one month and did not get any response.

Delish Cakes did an amazing job with our wedding cake! It was a last minute decision to have a cake and Delish Cakes was able to accommodate this timely order. The cake was beautiful and tasted delicious! Thanks Delish Cakes!
