Asked if they have girl scout cookie flavors lady said no. So i asked for regular iced coffee but as i was leaving girl scout cookie flavor was advertised on front window and on the cup on my iced coffee. Ordered two egg and cheese english muffins they were not good at all seems like the oven they were cooked on was not cleaned for a long time. Charcoal bits all over the egg in the sandwich. Not cool.

Has been very sloppy lately with orders.  The chocolate long John's were smashed into the box and chocolate all over the place. My husband  ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and it was completely burnt. The dunkaccino'sis don't taste like they used to. And they never have any new flavors of syrup for my iced coffees.

Long wait times, out of coffee, out of donuts, out of containers. But they do have bugs flying around! I haven't had a good experience here as of yet. The same employees also work at Subway which gave me a very hard time on an order that I was not satisfied with.

What’s the point in having a drive thru? This is the third time this month that I have sat in your drive thru without service during operating hours.

Not only they took 8 min in drive thru to make a pumpkin spice latte, but screwed up my order.. worst ever! It's 2:30 in the afternoon, not even busy,  no excuse! This is one mad now EX customer
