Excellant practice and thorough. All they require is medical records and poof! That's it! Your either in need or not. Period. Edit* the 2nd time I needed a card he took my money plus additional fees for processing, administration and another fee to set up my account online or something? Then I waited 2 months and several angry phone calls later, I get my card. I verify that it is good by going online then travel a long distance to a pot shop only to find out the doctor removed himself from being my doctor, rendering my card useless and this man never returned my money. So he kept all my money and never gave me a working card. i contact the BBB and now I am going to the police. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! FIND ANOTHER!

Im glad i found this office , convinient, close from home , I hv been seeing Doc Altvater for few years now , With him i had understood and earn how to treat my chronic back pain , i can enjoy my life better today

Dr. Altvater is the perfect practitioner to prescribe medical cannabis. I feel fortunate to be a patient in his practice. As an anesthesiologist, his extensive medical knowledge is the foundation for recommending this medicine to patients who qualify. I really look forward to my re-cert visits with him; I learn something with each and every visit. I have been a patient of his since January 2014, and have seen his suggestions improve my health. I have better sleep and increased comfort during sleep. Relaxation is easier to accomplish, and I now have strategies for dealing with chronic pain. You will enjoy your appointments with him. He has an awesome sense of humor. If you are interested in becoming certified for medical marijuana, your search is over. Relief is on the way ...

Dr. Altvatar is extremely knowledgeable. I feel comfortable talking with him about the issues that led me to seek out help. He is non-judgmental and does not use pressure tactics but shares his vast knowledge. I feel he looks out for the good of his patients and is legitimate in an area where so many are looking at the dollar signs.
