Had used in the past, and service was good. However, called to schedule a follow-up due to an emergency with standing water. Didn't hear back after 5 days and two calls to their office. Very rude reception during my most recent attempt to schedule - using a competitor from now on.

Didn't find out until after they were done checking out my situation that it was going to cost me $100.00 just to have them there for 15 minutes. That us something they should be upfront about!

Denis Diffley and sons provided Great professional service and excellent pricing. This is not Diffley and daughters they are a different company, and charge more, beware.

These guys are the best in the city. They have helped our business out on dozens of properties, and they are available 24/7.  The techs are extremely knowledgeable and can tell you if a line is clogged, broken or needs replacing.  

The pricing is also very reasonable.   If you have sewage backing up into your basement, this is the company to call, day or night!

Impeccable service from their tech Jon and his assistant, a can do and won’t stop attitude was impressive to see. Very professional and never lost their heads or their cool.  Worked long into the night in 18 degree temps. Pricing was very reasonable for the work they put in.  Would Definitely recommend using their service if you every have a drain issue in your house or business.
