Took my 3 daughters to Kool Smiles for their second appointment to get fillings.  The wait time was short which is good.  And the assistants were nice.  However, some of what the dental assistants were talking about was highly inappropriate.  Saying things about the dentist and that he was too old and didn't know what he was doing.  The assistants said these things in front of my children which made them even more nervous than what they were before.  Not to mention they were complaining of their schedule and their own personal lives to one another.  This changed my opinion of how professional the people working for this company are.  Wasn't to pleased with my last visit.

Really bad experience! Dr wrote a prescription for Tylenol with codeine for my 6year for pain. I told him that Tylenol without codeine would be enough he said no the codeine will help with the pain. Got to the pharmacy asked them about the codeine they said he should of never wrote a prescription for her with codeine ..Just makes me wondered what If  I didn't ask and I just gave it to her. Never again Kool Smiles

Great customer service and patients are taken care of very well. The employees are very professional. Iesha, Lisa, Courtney, Precious and Dr Franklin are always helpful and nice.

My Grandson looks forward to visiting Kool Smiles! We love that he has a good experience when he goes in and he is always excited when he gets his report saying he has no cavities! This morning I stopped by and asked if we could have a few toothbrushes for a part of our personal hygiene presentation over at Beyond Our Walls BOWs. Thank you Chelsie & Precious for helping us promote the importance of dental hygiene!

They NEVER start on time..they ask you to be 15mins early but it takes them 1 1/2 to calm you in the back. They NEVER answer the phones or return calls. The Orthodontic department never makes appointments or calls you back for them but then days that you missed it..when ask to schedule the only offer you one that is over a month out!! The staff is unprofessional! People bring their entire family in and allow the kids to run around like crazy!! If my son didn't have braces we would go somewhere else. My other son needs braces and we will NOT be using their service!! Don't waste your time, money or patience!!
