Arrived at 8:20 didn't get an X-ray until 4:30 then was called to the back at 5:30😡They discriminate against certain insurance and I will be reporting them to the attorney general office.... 1 dentist working and having clients wait over 8 hours is definitely not away to run a business, this needs to be investigated by the health department also, after sitting for all the hours this white woman walked in was seen before me and I was there at 8 :30 she walked in at 3:30 and was seen before me cause ushe had a good insurance cause I heard her conversation but I will not stop until this place is investigated cause they should not discriminate against people insurance 😡

The staff was very nice and helpful but the Doctor was awful i will mever go back to any office that he is in. First he was in a rush just stuck in the needles to numb my gums. don't know why they don't use the numbing gel first like in the other place on 156 and 3rd but he stuck it in like. did not care about my discomfort or nothing. Then he just goes right in breaking the tooth pulling my jaw down i thought he was going to break my jaw thats how hard he was pushing down. breaking the tooth that i almost swallowed parts of it. I came hime in so much pain and a swollen face my daughter was scared to even look at me. Today i found pieces still inside. So not only was he awful he left pieces still attached in!! Went to the ER to take them out even they said who would do such a thing. I hope whoever goes there will make sure he took everything out cause that can cause a very bad infection. JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN AND DISCOMFORT AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE PEOPLE ON 156 AND 3RD. I had an extraction there during the summer wait was long since i did walk in but went home with no pain at all face was fine and i even got to talk and go shopping without taking any medication for the pain thats how fine i was. Yesterday was so awful i cried and begged my daughter to nap so i can nap with her even that did not help with the pain!!

I took my 15 year old son who has braces and his wisdom teeth were coming in. We waited nearly 2 hours but understandable due to the fact it's a walk- in clinic. The facility is clean and the dental assistant is professional. The front desk receptionist not so much.

I went there had 2 teeth removed with no issues my wait time was 30 mins everything went great.
