I went to this place because my dentist referred me after seeing that my wisdom teeth were impacted and they hurt and honestly I was really scared after reading all this horrible reviews from a lot of people here, so I got to this place at 7:30am since they open at 8am to be the first one in line since its a walk in consultation. I was the first, the staff was really nice and friendly, helped with everything. When I got to DR. Bodey, she was really nice. She explained everything I needed to know, the pros and cons about the extraction and made sure I understood everything allowing me to ask all the questions needed. I got my left wisdom teeth removed with the general anesthesia by her and did not even feel a thing. She recommended to do one side at the time so we did the left side to do the other two when the left side is fully recovered. I did it last Friday, on the following Tuesday I went to follow up because I wanted to make sure everything was okay and the doctor and staff were really nice and everything was okay. Its been a week since my surgery and I don't feel pain or discomfort. I took medication as needed and took all my antibiotics every 8 hours. Its healing very well so they have really good hands. Today I received a call from them to follow up and I told them I am great! So yes I would recommend this place :) 100% and looking forward to fully recover to go do my other side.

Their secretary is extremely rude and her English is so bad. She spoke so fast that I had to keep asking her what is she saying and all I got was negative attitude.

Horrible place, no appointments are made here so you will be waiting for hours on a crowded waiting room sometimes with no seats. I waited for 4 hours before they took me in and while I was waiting I saw several previous patients coming back complaining of pain and bleeding, days after their surgery! It's scary, I don't know why I stayed after seeing that but I definitely regret it. The dentist that saw me was a big guy, with a bad personality, ignored my questions and rushed to get me sedated, a total animal, no compassion or respect for the patient. After I told them specifically what I wanted I woke up to find out they didn't do what I've asked and didn't even gave me any stitches. I had a big wound left in my mouth and I was bleeding for hours after I left. My regular dentist couldn't believe when he saw the mess they made, thankfully he fixed it for me and I will never come to this place again. They should be shut down!

Take it from the rest of these reviews. Avoid this abyss at all cost. If you can go anywhere else,do so. These incompetent idiots will never see me again. I went there for a wisdom tooth extraction. I specifically asked for general anesthesia. They gave me local anesthisia but not general. They give you a shot which makes you a bit drowsy but not impaired. Is that your general anesthesia? Ill be inquiring as to how my insurance was billed and for what. I felt most of it and felt pain all throughout the extraction and they also seem to rush since its a walk up clinic with many waiting in a 3 by 10 waiting room the size of my small apartmeny bathroom. My kitchen is bigget than their waiting room. They gave me no sutures at all as well. They give you little to no information as to what is the process. They just dive in and prepare for the next one. The instructions post removal are givrn to you in a piece of paper and off you are sent. If i could give this place 0 stars I would.

Receptionist extremely rude first time there i gave her appt card n she said they were to full to come back tomorrow,i asked to use bathroom she said (its only for patients) i said im going to be a patient. She answered (only for patients here now. w additude, this is not good buisness representation.
