They told me that they accepted my job's insurance and were aware that I was retired. However, that didn't stop them from using the most expensive services for a bridge and bone graft costing me almost $4,000 out of pocket and the work was HORRIBLE.  They have me looking like have buck teeth and they are longer than them my other front tooth and my fang is the size of my front teeth.  IF YOU HAVE UFT CIGNA GO TO BEST DENTAL ON 125th St and 7th Ave.

This place is expensive!!! They charge your insurance company if you do not cancel 24 hours in advance. And, they're not lenient or understanding of emergencies. I was bed-ridden for 4 days with a major illness and could not make it to my appointment. I called the day of and was told that my insurance will still be charged. They were not willing to work with me at all. Doctor offices don't even charge you for canceling an appt. The owner is just greedy and doesn't  give a damn about her clients.

They are SO NICE and GOOD! Do not hesitate one second! Moreover, you can hear nice music! (and they do not push you to spend more and more). I love that place!

Never in my life have I had such a wonderful experience at the dentist.  All my life I have avoided going until absolutely necessary.  Thanks to Dr. Williams and her team, that is no longer the case.  I highly recommend Morningside Dental, which provides state of the art dental services using minimally evasive tooth saving techniques.  I am so glad to have been referred to this extraordinary place!

While this review is long overdue, it is still so very accurate - Dr. Williams is an excellent doctor! She not only did an magnificent job on my teeth, she took the time out of her busy schedule to consult me on a personal matter. She's easy to talk to and has a general concern for your entire lifestyle to be healthy. She has managed to get my children to brush their teeth consistently and my eight-year old actually cares about his dental hygiene!! The office is extremely clean and organized, the staff are very nice and scheduling appointments is easy (they actually work with you). As far as the technology factor, it is unlike any other dental office I've been too! They send you texts about your appointments as well as updates about events that are taking place. They can create teeth right in the office in a matter of minutes! 
In this day in age you rarely find doctor's that are excellent at what they do and are personable. My smile is back both on the inside and outside and I have Donna to thank!
