I had to renew my license and take a road test yesterday. I went about 9:30, and was sent immediately to the camera by a lovely young lady. Hated that because of my "chemo" hair. I had to take my glasses & hat off. That lovely young lady told me my hair looked pretty. Then I went to fill out papers for renewal. Another lovely lady. Finally went & paid my $5, was sent around building to line up for test. Rocco checked my car, Mary took me on the road test. I passed. Back inside & Jason helped me get my new tag. I wish I knew the names of the other 3 people BECAUSE all 6 people I dealt with were courteous, friendly, & helpful at the SCHAUMBURG DMV on Golf Rd.

Had a very positive experience at the DMV. Lines were present but not very long. Personnel were kind courteous and respectful. They seemed well organized and although you had to take tickets didn’t take too much time. It seems that in an afternoon is a very good time to visit. 
 I learned that not only can drivers license be renewed up to a year in adVance but you can also acquire  state identification here as well. 
 The location is a little hard to notice because it is in a corner.

While it is still the DMV....It is leaps and bounds better than it used to be.  Much friendlier and faster.

If I could give 100 stars I would, 
ROCCO, ANITA and kaisha (I think) 
Are the names of the nicest people in this place 
After going to 4 different DMVs and having so much trouble getting my license due to my name changed and other issues 
Finally I met this people who explained to me exactly what I needed and were so so nice! 
The coolest of all was Rocco who took so much time to fix my issue, Anita the coolest looking lady and also very sweet she helped me with my test when I had questions and the front desk lady just welcomes everyone so nice, In this place it doesn’t matter your etcnity or your legal status, you are welcome here and they treat you nice, 
Thank you guys for even staying helping me after 5

Last few times I've been there I'm in and out. Staff is courteous, cant conplain!
