I usually don't like used car sales... but I felt comfortable here. I got exactly the car I wanted at a reasonable price. They did everything... financing, tags, taxes... all I had to do was sign papers. My wife is thrilled with the car... and that makes me a happy camper...

Just recently bought a used car from here. Bryan the sales manager helped us out. He took the time without making us feel pressured into buying anything. He didn't push extra warranties or try to get us into a vehicle that was over budget or what we weren't looking for. He worked with us on the price and threw in new tires since they were obviously in need of them. If we had an issue about the vehicle he didn't try to play it off like it wasn't a big deal or that it wasn't what it was.  

When we asked about a warranty he took the time to research a bunch of options for us and explained pricing and coverage, but again didn't pressure us into getting one. He and the owner also worked with the bank to get us a great APR and length on our loan for our budget. 
 
My only issue is with the service department. Apparently they "detailed" the vehicle, but they didn't vacuum it out or wipe down the interior. Also seemed like they just rinsed it instead of washing it because it was still so dirty in obvious locations. Not a big deal, but if you say you're going to detail the car I expect it to be...detailed. So, in that case I'm not sure how I would feel bringing it there to be serviced if they skimp on such minor things.

Also, Dealer fee is $349, which is better than other places in Vero.

This is a grade-A dealership from top to bottom, with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

The sales department is accomodating, and my wife and I were able to get the car we wanted at a price that worked for us.

We really felt valued as customers through the whole process, and with no pressure at all!

I can't say enough good things about the fine people and great experience we had.
