Have to give kudos to Justin at the service dept at the Dodge side for the excellent service he gave my wife during the time her vehicle was being service not only did the find and fix the vehicle problem he made sure that she had a vehicle that was safe for her to drive to see our son when he came into port . Without hesitation he got her a vehicle that was good for the trip  thank you again

Edit: Vatland, this should have been 5 starts to begin with but this was my husbands first time posting a review, if I could give Justin 10 stars I would!!! I was very distraught and Justin took great care of me and quickly got me on the road!!! Thank you so much!!!

Thanks so much to everyone at Vatland!!! I searched for something I liked and spoke with Dan in their internet dept and he got me in touch with Brandon. Brandon knew what I was looking for and their sales manager Cris, gave me a great price on my trade in. Nick in finance made sure I had the payment that I wanted and now I will have extra money to go shopping with! Thank you so much guys for making me so happy with my new Jeep Compass!

Bought several cars there and had trouble with ALL of them. Had to go through a lot of hoops to get things right and other times not at all. I think the good old times of handshake business is over and everybody is trying to take advantage of you. I bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and the service people are so arrogant that it is no fun talking to them. They don't even make appointments - go in line and wait! Has my time no value?
Jay Campano should be more around!

Added one more star because of the response and the hope that the new owners will act different.

We bought our Dodge Challenger there and the service was great. The service dept was also awesome when it came time for our oil changes. They went beyond to get the car my husband really wanted.

Everyone was extremely helpful. Chris from the internet department helped me find a car in my budget and Brandon answered all my questions once I was in the dealership. I had a great time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.
