Customer service was excellent, especially Shannon. It was my first time since moving to Green Valley a couple of weeks ago. I was looking for a second door (on my side of the theater room) to exit in the middle of the movie to go to the bathroom. Joke was on me and I had to walk across the room in front of everyone since there was only one door. Can't compete with the remodeled movie theaters in Tucson with cheaper prices & reclining seats. There was no theater in the community I moved from though so I am thankful.

The actual theatre I saw was surprisingly clean and well-equipt with comfortable seats on a sharp rake. I say surprisingly because otherwise, this is a dog of a facility in desperate need of everyday custodial care, maintenance, and updated surfaces. Staff were friendly and efficient.

I love that it's barely ever crowded, I've never had a bad experience with staff in the 10 years I've been going, and I've never had any issues with un-cleanliness.

Great local cinema that's a little smaller but much more convenient. Tha audience tends to be more from the retirement community in Green Valley so if you are looking for the kind of movie experience that comes with a large, animated audience, this probably won't be it. But if you want a quieter crowd, this is perfect.

Local Movie Theatre, It is good, you can save money on gas. Needs new seats and sound. Picture is acceptable.
